Holiday apartment for 2

"Tournesol" as the sunflowers growing in our fields around the village during summertime.

This one-room apartment has been granted 3 stars by French Tourism authorities. Situated on the ground floor in the oldest part of the manor house it has an independent access. It can accommodate 1 or 2 people and a baby. Its door opens to the West on "rue de la Garenne" (which is a quiet village street) and its window, opening to the East, offers a beautiful view on the parkland of the property. When the big gate is closed, it's always possible to walk onto the gardens by the pedestrian door. Entirely designed and restored in 2002, its technical perfomances are high: thermic and acoustic insulation, quick to heat. Its big volume with high ceiling and 34 m² gives space and brightness.

The one room comprises the bedroom corner, the living corner and the kitchen corner. The bathroom has a big flat shower, a sink and the toilets.

The bed wall is made of the original stones and the other walls are painted in a light colour matching the Toile de Jouy clothing. and the floor. The sand coloured tiles floor keeps cool in summer and easy to clean. Traditional wood shutters are regulating light and temperature according to the season.  Sunflower yellow and green tiles decorate the kitchen corner and the bathroom.

The furniture is composed of the bedding and bedside tables, two armchairs, two chairs, two stools, a table, a desk, an antic wallnut cabinet etc. A folding screen is also available if necessary. Baby equipment can be provided on request.

• Pillows and bolster, white bed linen and towels from LINVOSGES, blankets (or duvet upon reservation), bed cover matching the curtains.

• Bathroom (2.50 m²): large shower without step, with a bench and a horizontal bar, sink, toilets, hair dryer, mirors, heating and controlled mechanical ventilation.
• Kitchen corner: sink, 4 gas hot plates and cooker hood, micro-wave and grill oven, fridge and freezer, electrical coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc.
• Iron and ironing table. Washing machine and dryer in the guest house laundry.
• Parking just in front of the door or into the property (closed at night).
• Biking storage into the property.
• Fresh baguettes everyday in a bread dispenser facing la Mairie.
